Youthful ruby with purple highlights; black cherry, plums, fruit jam and cedar aromas; dry, medium bodied; blackberry and cherry flavors with balanced acidity and tight tannins in a medium length finish; round, harmonious, complex palate full and ripe buy fresh and tasty at the same time. An elegant and aristocratlc Barbera: remarkably classy and endowed with finesse. The bouquet is complex, savoury spice with notes of liquorice, pepper and roses. The fIavor is full bodied, austere, harmonious and welI balanced.

Fragrant, firm, and versatile at the table. Excellent with soups and pastas, chicken and roasted meats, game and mild cheeses. Better with cured meats, roasted sausages, eggplant Parmesan or steaks.
