Green–tinged pale-gold straw hue. The nose is elegant, fruity and floral with nuances of almond. The palate is warm with a finish edged with almond; remarkably velvety and seductive texture.

At least 6 months’ maturation in steel, followed by bottling and 1 month bottle ageing before release.
Chilled maceration (41 °F), 36-hour gravity settling, inoculation with cultured yeasts, fermentation at 64-64,5 °F, 3-month maturation sur lie.
