2016 Le Vigne di Zamò No Name Colli Orientali del Friuli
Harvested by hand in small baskets, the first week of September. On the nose it has very sweet fruity and floreal notes, typical of the Friuliano from Rosazzo. Intense citrus fruits, orange skin and sweet almond. Salty and mineral notes nicely combine in the finish with intense hints of custard and almond paste. Very fresh and ample in the mouth, the perception of sweet almond and cream is clearly detectable, the finish has good acidity and sapidity with a slight bitterish aftertaste.

JAMES SUCKLING: Aromas of sliced cooked apples, orange peel and honey follow through to a full
body, a dense and oily palate and a long and flavorful finish. So much fruit and
intensity here. Drink now.
