A wine with blueberries, blackberries and hints of minerals. Full body with wonderfully integrated tannins and a long focused finish of dark fruits. Highly perfumed aromas of fresh strawberry and minerals. Sweet and gripping in the mouth, showing superb nuance and verve to its red fruit and menthol flavors. Wonderfully juicy young Barolo with a vibrant, echoing finish. Displays a clear limestone character in its back-end minerality and thrust. The core of black cherry and licorice is surrounded by spicy oak in this modern-styled Barolo. Firm and fresh, featuring ample fruit to match the structure. The lingering aftertaste of mineral and berry catches a wave of acidity.

Older vines planted from 1965 to 1970. Harvest time: from October onwards,manual harvest
24/30 months in French Oak Barrique (80% new 20% once used)
Maceration on the skins in rotor fermentor for 30 days
Best from 2017 through 2038.
