JAMES SUCKLING: Lively and bright with dried berry and hints of chocolate. Medium body. Fresh finish. Lovely now to drink.
Fermentation is done with indigenous yeasts in steel, aged primarily in Slavonian oak (30 and 50hl) with some smaller barrels (2nd and 3rd passage) for 10-12months. Brief aging in steel before bottling
