A ruby red wine fine and delicate, this Nebbiolo has a persistent bouquet with characteristic trace scents of strawberry and raspberry. And again it could be pleasantly bitterish, velvety and elegant at the same time.

Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel in November.
Serving Temperature: 64 °F
Harvest period: end of September and beginning of October. Vinification: destemmed and crushed. Thermo-controlled fermentation at a temperature of 85°F. Average time of maceration: 7 days.
