Torricino Irpinia Aglianico DOC
Ruby red intense color. The aroma is fruity with notes of cherries, black cherry and pleasant toasty notes. The palate is characteristic for the bitter tannins with hints of fruit and hints of spice.
12 months: partly in barriques and partly in casks,followed by six months of aging in bottle.
Serving Temperature: 60-68° F. Serve in goblets of medium width.

Perfect companion to roasted meats, wild game, hard cheeses, any cut of beef, mushroom risotto, meat stewed.
