Sangiovese 95%, Colorino 5%.
Fermentation with maceration (skin contact) of about 25 days at controlled temperature between 25° and 28°C. Ageing in French oak barrels for 14 months.
Deep ruby red colour. Concentrated nose, showing plum and berry character. On the palate full and round, with soft tannins and a long fruity, peppery finish.
