Musella Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2013
Ruby red color. Freshness and integrity of fruit give character to this medium bodied wine, pleasant and with an elegant dried flowers aftertaste. Balanced, featuring a core of black cherry, aromatic herb, crème de cassis and wild strawberry fruit, with hints of gumdrop and smoke. Classic blend of Corvina and Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 20%, Barbera 10%.

Valpolicella Superiore DOC
Aged for at least one year in 225 liters to 500 liters barrels of various origins composition and age.
Maceration and fermentation on the skin for 12-15 days at 68-79° F, with periodic pumping over, malolactic fermentation prior to transferring to barrels.
Serving Temperature: 64 -68° F
Soil: Calcareous with red clay and tufo
